The FeaturePoints App is an awesome app that pays you to download other apps. I decided to write a review of the FeaturePoints App to see if it’s a scam or legitimate way to make money with your phone.
I’ve already been paid by the FeaturePoints app so I know it’s completely legitimate. But this isn’t going to make you rich, it’s an easy way to earn some extra cash while downloading apps on your smartphone.
The FeaturePoints app is available on Apple and Android mobile devices, but it’s a bit harder to get started on the iPhone.

In this FeaturePoints App Review I gave them a decent score. If you’re looking to get paid to download apps FeaturePoints is probably one of the best apps out there to do so. iPhone users should know that these types of apps aren’t super user friendly. Everything has to be done through the actual website on your phone. But Andriod users can do everything inside the app.
Overall FeaturePoints is a good app, that has a low cash out amount, so you can probably get a $1 Amazon Payment within a few minutes of downloading the app. With that being said FeaturePoints is not going to be a huge income.
If you’re looking to get paid to download apps, FeaturePoints is one of my favorite apps to use.
How Does the FeaturePoints App Work?
Download The App
If you’re an Android user all you need to do is visit FeaturePoints.com or download the app in the app store on your mobile device. If you’re an iPhone user visit FeaturePoints.com in Safari on your mobile device. You can then download the app on their website.

Download App Listed At FeaturePoints
Once you get inside the app you’ll find a list of apps that you can get paid to download. You’ll see the name of the app, how much it pays, and the requirements to get credit. Most app just require you to download the app and open it, but some require you to reach a certain level inside the game.
The easy apps, that require you to download the app usually pay from 50-200 points. Some of the apps that require you to reach a certain level can pay from 200-500 points each!
Open And Use The App
Once you download the app you’ll need to meet the requirements. Like I mentioned, some just require you to open the app while some require you to use the app till a certain level. Read the requirements, open the app, and make sure to meet the requirements so you’ll get credit.
Exchange Points For Rewards
Once you have downloaded a few apps you can exchange your points for awesome rewards, Amazon gift cards start at $1 and PayPal payments start at $3. There’s a few other options available as well!
How To Get Paid By FeaturePoints
FeaturePoints has a few different options for payments, and the best part is they all have low cash out amounts. You can exchange your points for Paid Apps, iTunes, Amazon, PayPal, Google Play, Xbox, Starbucks, PlayStation Network, and a few other options.
Most gift cards start at $5, but I feel like most people will stick to the PayPal and Amazon payments. Amazon starts at $1 and PayPal starts at $3.
The awesome thing about payments is once you cash out the gift card code is shown immediately on the screen, meaning payments are basically instant!
FeaturePoints Referral Program
FeaturePoints does have a referral program that you can invite your friends to. You’re given a link and and a referral code, that your friends can enter in after downloading the app. You can easily share your link via text or on any social media to get referrals.
You’ll earn 50% of all the points your referrals earn. Most referral programs range in the 10%-20% range so this referral program can be very lucrative.

The FeaturePoints app is pretty good, but really it doesn’t matter how easy the app is to use unless it pays. I recently cashed out a $1 Amazon Gift Card, less than an hour after joining. You can see payment proof below:

More Difficult For iPhone Users
If you have an Android phone you can ignore this completely, but iPhone users won’t be able to download the app in the app store. You’ll have to visit FeaturePoints.com in Safari on your phone (does not work in any other browser app). You can then download an app icon, but all it does is direct you to Feature Points on Safari.
This really isn’t a huge deal, but you do have to go through a few extra steps when getting started with the app.
Not A Huge Income
As most “extra cash apps” FeaturePoints isn’t going to be a huge income, with that being said, it’s a pretty easy way to make a few extra bucks each month without much time commitment. I reached the $1 cash out amount after downloading just a few apps.
Don’t use this app as a real money maker, but it’s an easy way to monetize your down time on your mobile device.
App Crediting Issues
I’ve used the app and really haven’t had any problems so far, but there’s some complaints in the app store about not getting credit for downloading apps. Honestly if you follow the directions and meet the requirements you’ll usually get credit. Like I said, I haven’t had problems getting credit, but it does look like you can contact support inside the app if you have any issues.
Is The FeaturePoints A Scam?
The FeaturePoints app is not a scam it’s completely legitimate, I’ve used the app and been paid. The real concern here is that it’s not a big income. If you go in thinking you’ll be making hundreds of dollars a day you’ll be disappointed. As long as you know FeaturePoints is an easy way to make some extra cash in your spare time, you’ll be happy with this app.
