Loot! App Review: Is The Loot App A Scam?
The Loot! App is an awesome app available on Apple and Android mobile devices that pays you to share your favorite products and services on social media.
I decided to write a review of this app because it doesn’t seem like there’s much information about the app out there.
In this Loot! app review I’ll cover how it works, how you’re paid, and answer is the Loot app a scam or a legitimate way to make money with your smartphone.

In this Loot! App Review I gave them a really good score. There’s not really any major complaints with this app. It’s super easy to join and easy to use.
I like that they pay via PayPal and that payments are pretty quick. The only real concern is how many offers will be available. It looks like there’s only a few for me to complete at this time. Overall, a pretty simple way to earn some extra cash on your phone promoting products on social media!
How To Earn With The Loot! App
The loot! App is pretty awesome, it lets you earn cash by promoting companies products. Some of the ways to earn are by product shout outs and taking photos with a product.
Most shout outs pay $.05 a piece and you can usually share on Twitter and Facebook.
Most pictures pay $.50, you’ll be given instructions on what to include in the photo, and then you can share on Twitter and Facebook.
You can see from the picture on the right that I got paid $.05 just to tweet about new Star Wars Toys that are coming out!
The awesome thing is that you can link your Twitter and Facebook accounts. All you have to do is click share inside the Loot app to get paid!
How Does the Loot! App Pay?
The Loot! App pays via PayPal. Once your account reaches $10 you can cash out inside the app. It says that payments can take up to 48 hours, but from what I’ve seen payments are usually much quicker.
At this time PayPal is the only cash out method, so make sure to have a PayPal account before joining.
How To Earn More With The Loot! App
Inside the Loot! App they have a way to earn some extra money that isn’t sharing company products on social media. You can complete offers and take surveys through a company called Peanut Labs.
They usually have 10 or more surveys for you to complete each day that pay $.50-$1 a piece.
You can also complete offers for cash. Most are completely free and require you to sign up for a site, mailing list, watch a video, or visit a website. Most offers pay $.02-$2 depending on what’s required.
It’s a great way to earn more and reach the cash out amount if there’s no promotions available.
Loot! App Complaints
Not Many Promotions Available
The biggest complaint I’ve seen about the Loot app is that there’s not many promotions going on at once. For example if you joined today you’d be able to make $1.10 with the offers they have available.
Really they seem to have new offers frequently so it’s not a huge deal. You should be able to use the app for a month or two and reach the $10 cash out amount.
Limits On Promotions
Each promotion has a limited number of members who can complete the task to get paid. You can see a small number next to every offer that tells you how many are left.
I’m glad that they do show how many rewards are left, this makes it easy to see how quickly you need to complete the task to get paid.
Is The Loot! App A Scam?
The Loot! App is not a scam. It’s a completely legitimate way to make money sharing products on your social media accounts. I really wish there were more promotions available at a time, but it looks like they usually have a few available all the time.
